We can design, build and qualify any type of pressure-flow translated mechanical device such as:

  • Application specific Large Hydraulic Cylinders - ASME BPVC Section VIII compliant or certified
  • Application specific Rotary Hydraulic Actuators, 3000 PSI & 4mm lb-ft - ASME BPVC Section VII
  • GN2 piston type accumulators - ASME BPVC Section VIII compliant or certified
  • Hydraulic Power System (HPS or HPU) skids with large displacement pumps and heavy duty motors
  • Custom valve and header pipe block manifolds
  • Piping with full penetration (CJM) welds to ASME B31.1
  • Weld-less piping systems  - ASME B31.1, MIL-S-901D, NAVSEA, ABS approved
  • Custom Closed & Open Loop Hydraulic  & Controls Circuitry
  • GN2 or Instrument Quality Air Systems for Purge, Blanketing and Stored Energy
